The expedited arbitration service shall only affect those Jobs for which the Client and the Translator have agreed to subject themselves to arbitration should there be any disputes in the future. In other words, the service is selected for each Job on a case-by-case basis.

In order to access the service of the WIPO Arbitration Center at the reduced rates, you must meet the following requirements:

- The arbitration option which appears on the Translation Project must be activated when the Job is confirmed. This option is visible and easily accessible on all relevant pages.
- The parties must include in the contract the expedited arbitration clause Translationtown provides.

When the above requirements are met and a dispute arises, the party wishing to initiate the process must contact Translationtown via e-mail, specifying the reference of the job that caused the dispute.

The WIPO Arbitration Center would then undertake to carry out its work in accordance with the provisions of the rules .
